Steps Wyatt Johnson Toyota Is Taking To Make COVID-19 Life Easier
Life during COVID-19 has been hard, even for us and we’re all about making your life as easy as possible! So in an effort to make shopping in person a bit easier, but mainly safer, our teams at Wyatt Johnson Toyota have come up with a couple of steps to take. COVID-19 is still a threat and should be taken seriously, but we don’t have to live in fear, and we don’t want you to be scared to shop in person at Wyatt Johnson Toyota.
These steps are to help protect everyone, customers and staff alike, and we would very much appreciate it if everyone followed these steps and the guidelines posted in our dealership!
Preventative Steps Taken at the Dealership
Effective immediately, our dealership has implemented the following steps to ensure a healthy environment for all guests:

Shopping in person during COVID-19 is all about keeping the spread low. So we’ve instructed our cleaning crews to ensure all high-touch surfaces, including tables, lobbies, door handles, restrooms, van shuttle seats, phones, and more, are continuously cleaned throughout the day.

High-touch surfaces aren’t the only way COVID-19 can spread through a dealership. There are also many items that can be passed around pretty quickly. So we’ve added hand sanitizer dispensers throughout our showroom and office areas and highly recommended using them after handling items like keys, pens, clipboards, etc.

But of course the most common form of spread is by those who are showing symptoms. In an effort to keep the spread as low as possible, we’ve mandated our staff to remain at home if they are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms. We also ask that if you are feeling sick, please stay home until you are feeling better!
The steps we are taking moving forward have been inspired by the advice being provided to the public from trusted organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
We do not believe that people need to live in fear of the pandemic, but rather live smart during it. All of these steps we’ve implemented will remain in effect until further notice and we ask that everyone respect and follow the guidelines to do your part to end this pandemic.

Our whole thing is making life easier with a brand new Toyota. But shopping in person has become a more weird experience, and many have switched to online for their shopping needs, which we also support. Though there are things we could add to make the online shopping experience a lot easier for those who want to do all they can to protect their health. So Wyatt Johnson Toyota did exactly that!
The first thing we wanted to do was to make sure no one was forced to come into the dealership for any reason. Thanks to our new car delivery program, you can now enjoy the entire car buying experience from home and relax while we bring you brand new Toyota or used car right to your driveway! This works on any car you find in our new Toyota inventory or used car selection, so find the Toyota you’ve been looking for and feel confident knowing that you won’t have to put your health at risk to make that car yours.
Another thing we did was to support those who already have a Toyota but need some work done on it. Normally, you’d have to come into our service center and wait around until we’re done with it. But not anymore! Now, you can ask us to come to you and pick your car up for you. Our service pick-up program allows you to remain at home and still take advantage of the best Toyota service in the Nashville area. Just let us know where, when, and what service you need and we’ll be there to pick your car up for you. Once everything is done, we’ll return your car to you, washed and disinfected!
All of these new services are available to you at no extra cost. However, you do need to be within 20 miles of our Wilma Rudolph Blvd, which includes parts of Pleasant View, Adams, Cedar Hill, and more!
